Why Ceramic Drifts Faster Than Other Cargo

Four mechanisms, all specific to the product. Breakage that is not booked: a chipped piece is discarded because it is not worth a form, and the record keeps counting it. Sets that get broken up: a customer needs two plates from a four-piece set, the set is split, and one line gains while another silently loses. Returns that re-enter informally: a replacement is sent, the damaged goods come back, and both movements bypass the system. Mixed pallets: cartons from several references arrive on one pallet and are put away by carton count rather than by reference. The Counting Method That Works
