What plate diameters do you produce, and how do I build a set?

Diameters as a progression, not a list

A working tableware set is built from related sizes: a main course plate, a salad plate and a side or dessert plate. Buying three diameters from three sources is what produces the mismatch that gets noticed on the table — and makes replacement awkward.

Forms and depths

Each diameter is produced in flat, coupe and rimmed forms. Form decides plating behaviour and shelf height, so it belongs in your specification alongside the diameter.

How to specify

• Name each item and give its diameter in millimetres.
• State the form (flat, coupe, rimmed) and the depth.
• Say how the set is composed and the quantity per item.
• Ask for pieces per carton and cartons per container — those decide the landed cost per piece.
