Each model below shows how it works, what each side provides and the commercial terms. The production minimum of 5,000 pieces per design or decoration applies to customised models.
OEM Bulk Custom — your design, produced in our factory
The core model. You own the design; we manufacture it. Shape, decoration and packing are built to your specification on a production run, which is what delivers the best achievable unit price.
How it works
- Specification — we agree body, dimensions, capacity, decoration method, colour direction and packing.
- Artwork and proofing — your artwork is checked for production, then proofed and applied to a fired sample.
- Sample approval — you approve a physical sample; that sample becomes the reference for the order and for repeats.
- Production — the order is scheduled into a slot and run as one batch with in-line quality control.
- Inspection and dispatch — final inspection against the written standard, then documents and shipment.

ODM & Private Label — our designs, your brand
If you have no artwork but want your own brand on the shelf, this model starts from our design library: choose a body, glaze and packing, and we produce it under your label.
How it works
- Design selection — you choose from our ranges, or we adapt a body to your market brief.
- Branding plan — logo placement, print or decal method, packing artwork and label content are defined.
- Proof and sample — artwork is proofed and a fired branded sample is produced for approval.
- Production — the branded order runs as a production batch against the approved specification.
- Repeat production — the specification is frozen so later orders reproduce the same result.

For buyers who order across seasons: an agreed annual volume with reserved capacity, a scheduled price review and continuity of specification, so planning happens once rather than shipment by shipment.

Sample, Specification & Development — the stage before production
Every production model begins here. The product is judged physically — body, weight, glaze, print quality and packing — and the specification is written down before a batch is committed.
How it works
- Brief — use case, durability expectation, decoration method and packing direction.
- Specification sheet — dimensions, capacity, material, firing and finish are documented.
- Sample production — a physical sample is produced and shipped for evaluation.
- Approval and freeze — the approved sample and specification freeze as the production reference.
- Production release — the order is released into a slot against the frozen specification.
